Gujarat Rain updates, Gujarat heavy rain๐ŸŒง

 Amreli, Bhavnagar, Botad, Gir Somnath and Junagadh will get 40 kmph winds, meteorological department forecast 

Heavy rains are forecast in the state again for three days from today after a one-week break.  This time, apart from South and Central Gujarat, Saurashtra is likely to receive rains for three days.  The state has received 121 per cent of the total rainfall of the season so far.  Moderate to moderate rainfall has been forecast in the state by the meteorological department.  Heavy rains are expected on September 12 and 13.  According to the Meteorological Department, the low pressure will be activated on September 13.  Due to which it will rain during 16th to 18th September and then the intensity of rain will increase.

 According to the Gujarat Meteorological Department, strong winds of 40 kmph will blow on September 10 and 11 with thunderstorms.

 Rainfall is forecast in Dahod, Bharuch, Chhota Udepur, Dang, Narmada, Surat, Tapi, Valsad, Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Botad in Gujarat.  On September 12, 40 kmph winds with thunderstorms are expected and rains are forecast in Daman, Dadra Nagar Haveli, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Botad, Gir Somnath and Junagadh districts.  The meteorological department has forecast that the monsoon will last for five days.

 It may be noted that even on Wednesday, people in many parts of the state breathed a sigh of relief.  Yesterday, rains lashed areas like Ahmedabad district, Dang, Saputar, Ahwa, Kadi.  Along with this, due to rains in Uparvas, Hathimati river in Sabarkantha is flowing on two banks.
